Sahar Mousavi joined the American Visa Law Group in June 2022 as a supervising attorney. She is a graduate of the UC Berkeley School of Law, is licensed to practice law in the State of California and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
She exclusively practices Immigration and Nationality Law and has extensive experience in both nonimmigrant and immigrant visas. Prior to joining the American Visa Law Group, she was a supervising immigration attorney at one of the leading non-profit organizations in Santa Clara County. Her experience included filing affirmative applications at the United States Citizenship & Immigration Services and representing immigrants before the Executive Office for Immigration Review.
As an immigrant herself, she has an in-depth understanding of what immigrants encounter after moving to the USA. The practice of immigration law is, therefore, both a profession and a passion for her. She is devoted to her clients and the successful outcome of their cases.
