Bansri Patel joined the American Visa Law Group in the Summer of 2016 as a law clerk and again in 2021 as an attorney at the firm. Upon graduating from Syracuse University College of Law and becoming a licensed attorney, Bansri practiced in Southern California. While in Southern California, Bansri worked at a mid-size law firm and in a large law firm. While there, Bansri worked with multinational corporations on their nonimmigrant and immigrant visas. While working at a mid-sized law firm, Bansri primarily focused on H-1Bs, EB1As, EB2 NIW, and E2s. Through working both in a large and at a mid-size law firm, Bansri has been able to build a solid foundation and understanding of immigration law and client services. Bansri was born in the Bay Area, but left for undergrad to go to UC Davis and then to New York for law school.
When Bansri is not working she enjoys traveling (28 countries so far), spending time with her family in Sonoma County, and taking her goldendoodle, Kirk, to dog parks and on hikes.
